Non-refundable deposit of €80 must be paid to secure your date.
No billing information is stored on our servers. Everything billing related is handled by PayPal or Stripe, our secure payment processing partners.
Dates will not be held without deposit.
Full charges will apply for cancellations one week before event.
Any damage will have to be paid by the hirer. You (the hirer) are responsible for injury or damage occurring whilst the equipment is on hire.
Free delivery, set-up and take down for venues within 35km of Dublin city. Delivery charges will apply for venues outside of this area.
You must confirm date, venue, wall type, and size before paying deposit.
Please confirm with your venue where our products will be set-up.
Once you have paid your deposit and confirmed your product, we cannot guarantee you will be able to change your selection. All products are subject to availability.
We will contact you three weeks before your event to arrange set-up time and confirm all details.
Full payment will be required three weeks before your event.
All our products are for indoor use only. If you want our product set-up outdoors, please contact us.
Only staff of Flower Walls by Rachel are insured to set-up and take down our products. Once our products are set-up, they must not be moved by a third party.
